INGREDIENTS:
Bacon(block) 50 g (1.8 oz.)
Onion 1
Japanese mustard spinach(komatsuna) 50 g (1.8 oz.)
Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 60 g (2.1 oz.)
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Black pepper a dash
Salt a dash
Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
(A)
Eggs 2
Heavy cream 50 ml (1.7 fl. oz.)
Milk 100 ml (3.4 fl. oz.)
Pizza cheese(shredded) 20 g (0.7 oz.)
Salt a dash
Black pepper a dash
Nutmeg a dash
STEPS:
Cut the bacon into 1 cm (0.4 in.) long strips.
Thinly slice up the onion and cut the mustard spinach into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.
Heat the oil in a fry pan and add in (1). Once the grease from the bacon is released, add in (2) and continue to cook. Season with salt and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients from (A) together in a bowl and add in (3).
Lightly butter (not included in ingredients) a small oven-safe dish and pour in (4). Drain the corn and place it on top of the casserole. Lastly, lightly sprinkle on the soy sauce and place the dish inside a toaster oven to bake for 15 minutes.
