INGREDIENTS:
Pork (chunks) 100 g (3.5 oz)
Mixed beans 1 can
Garlic 1/2 clove
Onion 1/2
Parsley 1 bunch
Wine (white) 1/2 cup
Del Monte canned tomatoes 200 g (7 fl. oz.)
Salad oil 1/2 tbsp
Salt a dash
Pepper a dash
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
STEPS:
Cut the pork into 1 cm (1/2 in) wide cylindrical shapes.
Finely chop the garlic, and cut the onion into 1 cm (1/2 in) squares.
Finely chop the parsley leaves and set aside the stems.
Fry the pork in oil until golden brown.
Add in (2), cook for a short while then pour in the white wine and simmer for 1 minute.
Mash the tomatoes and add to the pan followed by the mixed beans, parsley stems, salt and pepper.
Continue to simmer for 7-8 minutes over medium heat. Season with soy sauce.
Pile all in bowl, dress with parsley and serve hot.
