Corn and Spinach Sauté




INGREDIENTS:

  • Spinach 1 bunch (190 g / 6.7 oz)

  • Bacon(sliced)2 pieces (30 g / 1 oz)

  • Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 380 g (13.4 oz.)

  • Butter 10 g (0.4 oz)

  • Salt a dash

  • Pepper a dash


STEPS:

  1. Cut the spinach into 3 cm (1 in) lengths. Cut the bacon into 1.5 cm (0.6) widths. Dry the corn.

  2. Heat butter in a fry pan. In the following order, fry the bacon, spinach and finally the corn. Season with salt and pepper.
