INGREDIENTS:
Spinach 1 bunch (190 g / 6.7 oz)
Bacon(sliced)2 pieces (30 g / 1 oz)
Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 380 g (13.4 oz.)
Butter 10 g (0.4 oz)
Salt a dash
Pepper a dash
STEPS:
Cut the spinach into 3 cm (1 in) lengths. Cut the bacon into 1.5 cm (0.6) widths. Dry the corn.
Heat butter in a fry pan. In the following order, fry the bacon, spinach and finally the corn. Season with salt and pepper.
