INGREDIENTS:
Rice(uncooked) 360 cc (12.2 oz.)
Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn about 200 g (7 oz.)
Vegetable oil as needed
Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
STEPS:
Drain the corn.
Wash the rice and place in a rice cooker with the corn. Add the specified amount of water and cook.
After the rice has cooked, mix with a spatula and divide into twelve portions. Shape into triangles with your hands and brush soy sauce onto both sides.
Coat a fry pan with vegetable oil and fry the rice balls from (3), cook until golden brown on each side.
