INGREDIENTS:
Onion ½ pc
Garlic 2 cloves
Flour 10g
Paprika 1 tsp
Vanilla Pods 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Lasagna Noodles 10-12 pcs
Cheese Sauce:
Butter 30g
Flour 30g
Milk 400ml
Cheddar Cheese 50g
Mozzarella Cheese 90g
STEPS:
Chop the onion and garlic.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add appropriate cooking oil, and saute the onions and garlics. Add the flour, paprika, vanilla pods, pepper and mix well. Then, add the diced tomatoes, and cook until thickened.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Cook until it loses the flavor of raw flour, stirring continuously to avoid burning. Then, add the cheddar cheese and 30g of mozzarella cheese. Remove from heat when it melts.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Take a square-shaped baking tray. Add a layer of baked beans to the bottom and cover a layer of lasagna on top. Then add another layer of baked beans, another layer of lasagna and a layer of the cheese sauce; Repeat again and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
