INGREDIENTS:
ground pork 150g (5.3 oz)
onion (chopped) 1
flour 2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
salt a pinch
pepper a pinch
vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
butter 1/2 Tbsp
soup bouillon 1 cube
(A)
beated egg 1/2
panko(Japanese bread crumbs) 2 Tbsp
milk 2 Tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
pepper a pinch
(B)
Del Monte whole peeled tomatoes 200 g (7 oz.)
Manns Wine (white wine) 1/2 cup
STEPS:
Mix ground pork, half of the chopped onions, and the ingredients under (A) together in a bowl.
Shape the ground pork into small balls, and then coat lightly with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in pan, and then place the uncooked meatballs into the frying pan while periodically rotating them. Remove from oil once evenly cooked.
In the same frying pan, drop the remaining half of the chopped onions into the oil and cook.
Place the ingredients under (B) into the frying pan with the onions. As the ingredients in the pan begin to cook, return the meatballs to the pan to warm.
Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Then remove the ingredients from the pan.
