Mexican Tortilla Wrap





INGREDIENTS:

  • Tortillas(diameter: 6 inch or 15 cm) 4 pcs (serving for 2)

  • 1 Chicken breast fillet

  • 1 Tomato(small)

  • 2 Lettuce leaves

  • Extra virgin olive oil as needed

SEASONING:


STEPS:

  1. Diagonally cut the chicken into thick slices, massage in seasoning and set aside for 10 minutes.

  2. Slice the tomato into 7 mm (0.3 in.) thick rounds, then cut these into half.

  3. Tear up the lettuce.

  4. Oil a fry pan with the olive oil, then cook (1) until fragrant and cut into easy-to-eat pieces.

  5. Lightly warm up the tortillas in a microwave.

  6. Wrap (2), (3) and (4) in (5).
