INGREDIENTS:
Del Monte Pitted Prune 20g (Chopped)
Rice Cracker 60g
White Chocolate 80g (or Milk Chocolate)
Unsalted Butter 25g
Marshmallow 70g
STEPS:
Melt white Chocolate indirectly over hot water.
Heat the unsalted butter and marshmallow over low heat, stir well with (1)
Add crispy rice and dried fruits, stir constantly.
Place baking sheet on a tray, pour (3) and cover another baking sheet on top. Flatten the surface, chill for 15 mins, cut into cubes.
