INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Slices of Shokupan (halved)

  • 30g Edamame (cooked)

  • 130g Shrimps (peeled)

  • 5 Quail Eggs (halved)

  • 150g Chicken Breast (diced)

  • Del Monte Tomato Sauce (for the base)

  • 1.5 Tbsp Del Monte BBQ Sauce

  • 130g Shredded Mozzarella

  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes

  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

  • 10 Ice Cream Sticks

STEPS

  1. Slice the Shokupan into halves and make a slit to insert an ice cream stick.

  2. Add Del Monte BBQ Sauce to diced chicken and mix well.

  3. Add oil, shrimps, and black pepper; cook for a minute. Remove and set aside to cool.

  4. In the same pan, add oil and chicken; cook for two minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.

  5. Gently spread Del Monte Tomato Sauce on the Shokupan.

  6. Add some shredded mozzarella on each piece of Shokupan.

  7. Place cooked shrimps and edamame on 5 pieces of Shokupan.

  8. Place cooked chicken and quail eggs on another 5 pieces of Shokupan.

  9. Top all with more shredded mozzarella and parsley flakes.

  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 7 minutes.
