Need to fix up a quick meal for the family? Here is the perfect recipe to have!


Baked rice usually takes up too much time due to the lengthy process of preparing the white sauce. With Del Monte’s tetra pack mushroom soups, it is an excellent alternative!


Baked rice can be made easy with the use of mushroom soup from Del Monte, topped with frozen veggies, salmon, and cheese. It can be assembled in less than a minute! All I need to do is bake it to perfection.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Del Monte Mushroom soup

  • 2-3 portions of leftover rice

  • 150 grams of salmon

  • Frozen vegetables

  • Shredded cheese

  • Optional: Salt and black pepper

STEPS

  1. Place the leftover rice into a ramekin.

  2. Add frozen vegetables and salmon.

  3. Drizzle Del Monte's Mushroom Soup (1 packet is perfect for 3 portions).

  4. Add black pepper and salt if desired.

  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
