INGREDIENTS:
Canned tuna 70 g (2-1/4 oz.)
Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 2 Tbsp
Cheese(small cube) 1
Cucumber 1/2
Carrot 1/6
Nori seaweed 2 sheets
Cooked rice 300 g (10-1/2 oz.)
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
(A)
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
STEPS:
Drain the oil from the tuna, and cut the cheese into small cubes. Place them together with the corn in a bowl and dress with (A). Thinly slice the cucumber and carrot.
Place the seaweed on parchment paper and spread out half of the rice on top. Place half of (1) and (2) in the center and roll up. Repeat and create another wrap. Cut each roll into 6 even pieces, and serve with 1 tsp of Kikkoman Soy Sauce.
